The buildings went up between 2017 and 2025, and six of the eleven were finished in 2025. Every unit is at ground level.
Gated, with your own code
The property has a six-foot barbed-wire fence and 63 HD cameras, the gate opens on your own code, and every unit has a wind-rated door.

Every rental is month to month, so you can rent for one month or many.

About Siyata Storage
The first buildings on this lot went up in 2017. It was a family business when Nosson bought it in 2023, and it still is. Six more buildings were finished in 2025, which brought it to eleven, all on one level. That's a lot of new building in a few short years.

Directions
We are about a mile west of the middle of Rockport. From Highway 35 Business, which becomes South Bronte Street, turn west onto West Market Street, and we are two-thirds of a mile along on your left. From the Highway 35 Bypass, take the Market Street exit and head east, and we are shortly after Family Dollar on the right.
Siyata Storage is at 825 W Market Street. Some older listings show 835 — that is a separate private building next door, not us.

Questions people ask before renting
What size storage unit do I need?
Start with the rooms you're emptying: a 10x15 holds a one-bedroom home, appliances included, and a 10x20 holds a two-bedroom apartment with its appliances. Measure your longest piece first, because length usually runs out before floor space does. We rent 13 sizes, and the size guide shows what fits in each one.
What are your gate hours, and can I get in at night?
Gate hours are 5 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, so you can get in early in the morning and until 10 every night. Your own gate code opens it, which suits most people's trips before and after work. From shortly after 10 PM, the climate-controlled buildings are on a monitored alarm.
What does climate-controlled storage actually do on the coast?
Our climate-controlled units are inside the building, on a heating and cooling system that keeps them within a steady temperature range. Some people call it temperature controlled storage. It's a good fit for paper, fabric, wood, upholstery and electronics, and 298 of our 558 units are climate-controlled.
